Kathryn was recommended to me from a friend after asking what I should do as I first time home-buyer and I couldn't be happier with the results! She was immediately easy to talk too upon meeting her. During the whole process she was present and knowledgeable about the area and details about the house and explained things perfectly so i could understand what was being done step by step.
