RE/MAX REAL ESTATE ONE

Steve made everything so easy. From scheduling home repairs to just being a great realtor. I would absolutely recommend Steve! Thanks for making everything so easy!

Steve was great to work with and very prompt and professional! He helped us quickly find the home we were looking for and helped make the whole process easier! 10/10 recommended for your next realtor!

Steven did an extremely wonderful job helping us sell our home. He used social media to get the word out, explained paperwork and responded immediately to any questions we asked.

We had the pleasure of working with Steve as buyers and chose him again as sellers. He is kind, patient, communicative and ensures that your best interests are his top priority! Steve listed our home 20-25% HIGHER than 3 other realtors who gave us their assessments of the fair market value of our home. Steve was the only one who recognized its "true value" and didn't want us to leave any money on the table. We received multiple offers in the first weekend and closed 30 days later OVER our asking price! Stop searching, you have found the best there is in the New River Valley area!

Steven had a bit of extra work as my remaining brother and I didn't live in the area; we were five and eight hours away. The process was further complicated after a cold snap burst pipes that had never been an issue in the fifty plus years of the life of the property. Steven had to monitor the damage and arrange for a number of different crews to return the house to an even better function than it was before the freeze. It could not have been sold without Steven
