Sometime at the end of October I decided my put my home on the market and sell it myself. I received the numerous calls from the usual suspects letting me know they wanted to purchase my home but would come with a lowball offer. I received a call from Simon and he was professional and polite and wanted to sit with me and see what he felt we could do selling my home at or near my asking price. I met with Simon and instead of telling me what was wrong with my property he only saw the positive things about my property. I had spoken with other brokers and they were telling me that I was going to have to spend a great deal of money to even come close to asking price even though I told them I did not have the money to invest in upgrading my home (I'm medically retired military on a fixed income). At the end of the day Simon was able to secure a buyer at my asking price and close the deal. Simon is highly motivated answered all of my questions and always answered my calls.
