RE/MAX REAL ESTATE CENTER

We feel so lucky to have had such a great realtor by our side through the process of buying and selling our home. He is an incredible communicator, always flexible and honest, and we truly trust his advice and judgment. We never felt like we were just another client, he genuinely cared about what was best for us and always put our interests first. Were so grateful for all of his help and would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor they can truly trust!

We had the pleasure of working with Lloyd for both the sale of our home and the build of our new one. Long before we officially entered the market, Lloyd was an invaluable resource, staying in touch to keep us informed on market trends and potential homes that fit our family's needs. When it came time to sell, he guided us through every step to prepare our house for listing, mapping out a strategy, timeline, and realistic pricing scenarios. His listing strategy was tailored to minimize disruption to our busy schedules, and it paid off, we had an accepted offer within three days of our home's first showing. Navigating the new construction process can be overwhelming, while many builders have their own realtor, we wanted to ensure we found the right fit for our family and budget. Lloyd stepped right inaEUR"scheduling builder meetings, coming along to take notes, and touring floor plans to help us narrow down what we truly wanted. Throughout the inevitable ups and downs of building, he advocated for us, maintained clear communication, and helped us navigate every unknown. Lloyd was an incredible resource from start to finish and a genuinely caring personaEUR"even dropping off a moving-day book for our young children on closing day. We couldnt be more grateful for his support and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy, sell, or build!

BUYING: Lloyd went above and beyond to make sure the deal didn't blow up and that we got the best scenario for us. We got the house and were protected in the process with some items that needed mending with the home. He communicated well and helped us navigate pricing, negotiations, and ensuring the process went as quickly as it could. SELLING: Lloyd helped us figure out what to list our home at, provided a staging consultant, and ensured our home was ready to be put on the market. We followed his lead and the home was under contract within 6 days of listing AND we had multiple offers! He made sure we were able to make informed decisions and we're so thankful for him and his team!

We couldnt have asked for a better experience working with Jackson. He made both buying our new home and selling our previous townhome feel seamless. Selling our townhome was handled with ease aEUR" from pricing and marketing to negotiations, everything was smooth and well-organized. On the buying side, Jackson was patient, knowledgeable, and always quick to communicate. We felt confident and supported every step of the way. What really sets him apart is how much he genuinely cares. It never felt transactional aEUR" he truly had our best interests in mind. Wed absolutely recommend Jackson to anyone looking to buy or sell.
