Kelly was fantastic helping us buy a home in Providence. We relocated to the area in July and reached out to Kelly based on her experience with VA funding. We were interested in homes in several areas in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and Kelly helped us narrow down our search by asking questions about what was important to us in a home and a community. She was very knowledgeable about all of the communities as well as the ins and outs of buying an older home. Kelly helped us every step of the way. She was supportive, patient, and helpful. Her communication was excellent and she kept us updated through out the buying process. Kellys experience with VA funding along with her overall experience with the various neighborhoods and her real estate knowledge, helped us make a competitive offer and secure our new home. We couldnt be happier with our new house and couldnt have done it without Kelly!

From the beginning, Kelly was a great realtor. I came to work with Kelly through using the VA loan. For any veterans reading this, I highly recommend Kelly as she understands how the VA loan works. Kelly was great communicating both to me and on my behalf to help me negotiate a great deal on a wonderful home! Kelly is a great realtor, professional and knows her stuff!

Our selling real estate agent referred us to Kelly. You was extremely, consistently responsive by phone, mail and texts. She worked with our schedule to view homes for sale and was extremely prepared! She was very familiar with the area we were looking to buy our new home. The closing was smooth. Kelly is the ultimate professional, personable, and knowledgeable! Recommend Kelly Boucher without hesitation!

It was great! She did a great job navigating me through the whole VA loan process. As a first time homebuyer there was a lot that I wasn't prepared for and didn't understand, but Kelly did a great job helping me through the whole process.
