She threw herself in to the process with us, answered all our questions, was highly responsive to our calls and texts at all hours, took us to all the properites we wanted to see and suggested others when a good fit. Lisa did an exceptional job helping us sell our house in MA and purchase a new one in RI. She guided us on all the things necessary to prep our house for sale and maximize the sales price. And she was extremely helpful in finding the right house to move into in RI that reflected our personality and desires. In addition, she connected us with an attorney and banker who were very pleasant to work with and made the entire process go smoothly. Jazz was on the ball at all hours of the week. Went we first sat down with her we gave her our aEURoerealisticaEUR? idea of what we thought we could sell for and where we thought we could buy. She blew us out of the water by selling our house for more than we ever expected AND finding our new home in an area we NEVER thought we would be able to afford. She would set up showings for us as soon as houses hit the market, was available to us for calls at all hours, and even helped us with our two toddlers at showings. She was transparent and honest and didnt waste a moment getting us in our new home. She helped us with cleaning our home before we moved in, checked on us after the first night, and will absolutely be part of our backyard bbqs at our new home! Cant recommend jazz enough.

My wife and I relocated to RI from MN and Lisa came recommended from a co-worker. We expected to spend the entire summer and fall searching for a house, but Lisa found us something in 2 weeks. Lisa was extremely responsive, even on the weekends. She worked with us to negotiate a great deal with the sellers. Roseann was so amazingly helpful in helping me navigate the housing market being a first time homebuyer. From recommendations on knowledgeable and honest mortgage lenders to trustworthy home inspectors, Roseann is your one stop shop for all that is buying a home and having no clue where to start (like myself!) She would send me listings in my price range on a regular basis which was so helpful, and came with me to open houses to assist with any questions/concerns I had (and there were many!) Roseann was patient and never rushed me into any decision which I appreciated so much. She was super responsive and always had answers or would work with the selling agent to find out.
