Re/Max Properties

Matthew did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our home. He was involved in every step. As first time home buyers, he gave great advice and recommendations. From touring the very first house to closing on our home, he was thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

We had an excellent experience working with Matthew. He helped us sell our condo in the Oakbrook Terrace area in record time and at a record price for the subdivision. From the beginning, Matthew was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and clearly understood the local market. His pricing and marketing strategy delivered outstanding results, and he made the entire process smooth and straightforward. We couldnt have been happier with the outcome. If youre looking for a realtor who knows how to position and sell a property successfully, we highly recommend Matthew!

Coya Smith has now sold 3 properties for us, and we have been extremely satisfied with her service, professionalism, and expertise! We would call her again in a heartbeat, should we ever need to move again. Coya sells our properties before they even go on the market, and they have sold for top dollar every time. Coya goes above and beyond for her clients, and we always highly recommend her to family and friends. She's the best!

Coya does an outstanding job representing both buyers and sellers. Her knowledge of marketplace conditions is one thing, but she really excels in thinking past the transaction. She considers what would make the right HOME for her clients. Beyond the building, what condition is the structure, how much work does the property need, is the neighborhood what you want, are there stores nearby, etc... She really wants you to be happy with your choice and makes sure you see as many properties that fit your requirements. We will never buy with anyone else again and our next sale goes to Coya!

Coya did an excellent job for us in finding buyers for the house we had lived in for fifty years. She was sensitive to our needs at a trying time for us. We were happy with the result.
