I cannot speak highly enough about our real estate agent, Yossi Kapon. Joe or aEUR~Yossi as he is known helped us from beginning to end in the sale of our home. Although we were in Florida and concerned about how we would manage the sale of our home in New Jersey, Yossi eased our minds, made us feel secure and assisted with moving cartons, contacting the mover, getting rid of many items we were not keeping, fixing things to bring the house up up to code and most of all keeping in constant contact with us. He was always available for appointments, set up a number of aEUR~open house invitations to the public and showcased out home using various mediums. He was always available to answer our questions and his advice was intelligent and thoughtful. We highly recommend Yossi. It is with great enthusiasm that we give Joe five stars and a glowing review. Joe was our realtor in the sale of our parents home. He had come highly recommended, and we are so grateful that we ultimately chose to work with him. He is a consummate professional, warm, honest, knowledgeable and hard working. We expected the process to be stressful as it was an estate sale with many complicated elements, but Joe handled many of the pieces that didnt necessitate our direct involvement, making the process extremely smooth. Additionally, we had multiple offers on the house after just two weeks! We chose to use a personal contact as our real estate attorney and she went out of her way to comment that Joe was one of best, most professional realtors she has worked with in 40 years of practice and that she plans to recommend him to her clients in the future.
