Her ability to work effectively through people, is a management trait that was greatly appreciated. Her knowledge base of my community, expedited setting sale price, and resulted in masterful target marketing efforts. She skillfully coordinated and executed newspaper and online advertising, a glossy brochure, a broker open house, a prospective buyer open house, and multiple showings within the first two weeks of our listing with her. Because I was so impressed with this high level of service and performance, I am writing this review during that same time period, even though our home hasn't sold as yet. However, we are awaiting word on a pre-qualified buyer candidate, who is giving serious consideration to purchasing our home. I wanted to publish this review early on in the process, so others can receive the benefit of securing her as their Realtor, before they have regrets.
