David is the VERY BEST ! ...He guided me through every step of the home purchase, and went over and above for a very smooth transaction. ...EXCELLENT Realtor. ...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. ...AAA+++

Dave was very supportive as we went through the process to sell our Egret Landing property. He was always ready to host an open house. His tips as we went through the final weeks before closing made everything go smoothly. Thank you Dave!

David was a very huge help in so many different ways that truly helped us get the apartment. We were very new to this whole process and he explained everything to us no matter how many questions we had. He was always around just in case we needed any repairs and was so selfless throughout this whole process. He didnt need to do half the things he did but he did it to help us which is why you should definitely work with him!! Hes very nice and asks us about our life not just about the apartment and made it very personal

We interviewed several agents before signing on with Thom to represent us in the purchase of our new GL home in Tradition. Not only was he very familiar with all the different models, options and community amenities, he was also very familiar with the surrounding infrastructure and was able to help us become quickly acquainted with everything the area has to offer. But what impressed us the most was his calm demeanor and real-estate knowledge regarding all the rules and regulations related to the purchase of the home. After the purchase was concluded, Thom remained in contact with us during the entire construction phase and sent us photos as it progressed from a dirt lot to a finished home. Even after we closed, Thom continued to help us out on numerous occasions by coordinating with various vendors who needed access to our home while we were out-of-state preparing to move. Our experience with Thom has been exceptional and we would not hesitate to call upon him once again should the need arise in the future.

I cant say enough great things about working with Dave Weinthal! He sold my condo after it was on the market for just one week and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism, hard work, and dedication truly set him apart. I highly recommend Dave to anyone looking to buy or sell a home aEUR" youll be in great hands!
