We could not more highly recommend Beth. We recently relocated to Colorado Springs from the east coast. After a horrific experience with another agent we contacted Beth. She set my mind at ease about finding a home in the time frame we needed. When I flew out for a house-hunting trip on a tight time frame she made us a priority and lined up tons of options to view in a short time. Her knowledge of the area helped us realize that widening our search zone would not greatly affect my husband's commute but WOULD open up a lot more options that met many of our priorities. This meant we ended up getting a whole lot more for our money in a fantastic neighborhood. I never felt rushed when we were with Beth or talking with her on the phone. It was comforting to know that while I was busy with a million details of preparing to move she made sure we were aware of upcoming deadlines for responses/signatures etc. She is very personable and professional and made our relocation far less stressful because I knew we were in capable hands.
