I had a handfull of vacant lots in Marion County, Sequatchie County, Polk County, Van Buren County and Hamilton County that I wanted to sell. I looked for a broker that was familiar with vacant land and found lots of people that SAID they could do it, but none did any volume of transactions with land. Then I saw Hunter's sign near one of my parcels. I talked to him and he completed very realistic comp analysis on the parcels, and we agreed to list them all. Some of the parcels sold without anything unusual, but one large sale almost fell through due to lack of financing, and Hunter knew someone, and that saved the deal. He helped negotiate my best price, without being nasty, and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. I just sold the last parcel, and I can say that working with Hunter the parcels he sold for me were the most positive real estate transactions I've ever had. He even sold one parcel that two other Realtors had failed to sell. He understood my needs, and he met all my expectations regarding return calls, keeping me informed through the process, and he attended every one of my escrow closings. He's a friend, and I'll miss seeing him as often. You couldn't ask for a better real estate agent - or a friend in the business!

Hunter was phenomenal during the whole process of selling my home! It was my first time selling and he walked me through every step from start to finish, answering a million questions, and making recommendations based on his knowledge and expertise, as well as the current market trends. His photographer did an amazing job with the listing photos and they were very quick about getting them ready for the listing to go live with relatively short notice.
