Tina handled our very complicated purchase with such love and compassion. What a gem of a human being. I would totally recommend her to anyone who is wanting to buy or sell a home.

My uncle was in the process of selling his house when he passed away unexpectedly. I became his personal representative, and needed much guidance to complete the sale process. Tina Swonger and her team were a godsend -- perfect for this situation! Tina was personable and professional, knowledgeable and efficient, and ready to go the extra mile time and again. Through her expertise, the house sale was completed without a hitch. I thank God for Tina!

We were fortunate enough to have Tina represent us when buying our new home recently. We were out-of-state buyers which compounded the logistics of an already difficult process. Tina's knowledge, expertise, professionalism, and exceptional responsiveness made the entire transaction a breeze from initial contact to successful conclusion. We are most thankful for her diligence and dedication to our needs, and are overwhelmed with gratitude for her consistently stellar performance. On a five-star scale, she gets ten stars !
