His expertise shows when we had technical questions about the process, what to expect and how to complete each step. His responsiveness, 7am to 11pm, quickly responds to email, text, and calls even during odd hours of the day. Negotiation skills are on point, understanding the priorities of the buyer and their limitations. On two different occasions Rick was able to negotiate a lower credit then what was expected! Again, highly recommended!
