I simply cannot overstate the value of having David Novak as my Real Estate Agent! Working in a parallel real estate field, I have had the opportunity to work with many agents over the years. David is the best communicator I've worked with. He answers his phone (rare in this industry) and responds quickly to anything that comes up. We were selling our condo in Dillon,A CO. While familiar with the Dillon Market, David was not a member of the local association of realtors. No problem!
