If it weren't for Tom's hard work from the start, I would have never had a chance to purchase this trailer. This is the first house I'd ever bought, and I did not know enough at many steps of the process. Tom was able to show me around the trailer with a keen eye for details about the property, which had a lot of work done to it. He knew what was new, what was painted, why the renovations were necessary, and whether the trailer was worth it. He helped me figure out if I might be paying too much on the trailer, and whether I could afford to. He collected paperwork which started the sellers to taking me seriously about offers. He found a closer which helped me with 21st's paperwork, and Tom answered all my questions about the paperwork along the way, which I had almost every day. If it weren't for Tom, I would have never had a chance to move to Honey Brook. I am grateful and blessed to have known his work, and will be referring him to friends and family which will want to move into the area.
