"My husband and I were in search of Waterfront Condo within the Delray Beach/Boca Raton area of Florida and had specific requirements as well as a certain budget to work with. We reside in New Jersey so this made it even more challenging for us since we had an idea where we wanted to be but certainly don't know every area or the various Condo Associations either. Mike was right on it! Listening to our wants and needs without being "pushy" but rather patient and understanding to what we were looking for. He put together many listings that were within our budget and worked closely with us to help us narrow them down. Once we decided on ones of interest, he went to each location for us and virtually included us, took any pictures, videos and answered all our questions too and believe me, I had a lot of questions especially never dealing with buying a Condo before and only houses. He helped us understand how it all works too. He was honest which was so important for us because we couldn't physically be there to see the units. We found our new happy place through him! It was everything we hoped for and wanted plus he went above and beyond exceeding our expectations by helping us with everything from inspection to Title to even being there for us when our cleaning service came before we got there on closing day so I could rest assured, our new home was nice and clean for us. He was reliable, responsible and pleasant to deal with too! We actually made a new first friend there which is Michael Klein so if you are looking for your happy place and want your search and real estate transaction to go smoothly and seamlessly, he is your guy! "I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael Klein on the sale of my brother's townhome as part of addressing his estate. I had just moved to the Gulf Coast in February, and when my brother passed from COVID in May, I had no resources to fall back on in terms of local contacts in a time of emotional turmoil. And this property would need a special kind of buyer. I had reached out to another (boutique) broker who was a nightmare. I tried REMAX in the hopes of finding a better-equipped partner, but worried that nightmare brokers might be a norm in WPB. I got lucky: Michael responded to my contact and proved quite the opposite. Michael is an exceptional person. Always professional, always transparent, always responsive, always helpful, and so compassionate. He brought in an investor/buyer on Day 1 and we had a deal that was equitable and included conditions which took a good deal of pressure off my shoulders. I don't think people realize how hard agents work. Before we came down here, I freelanced as a writer for a regional NJ agency (Gloria Nilson) which is now a Berkshire Hathaway company. Before I started meeting agents onsite to help write their marketing copy, I had had no concept of the labor that really good agents put into their sales. While I've seen some agents do the bare minimum, I seen many others work their butts off. Michael helped me haul junk to the dumpster in 90+-degree weather, and then he negotiated a deal where the buyer allowed me to leave the really heavy, unwanted stuff behind. He brought my brother's orchids (and there were several) into the house and dismantled the shelving in advance of hurricane Elsa when I couldn't get there myself to ensure the racks didn't become projectiles, he's amazing!"
