When we wanted to sell our home in McKinney, we wanted someone who knew the area well. We interviewed agents in the area and were really impressed with the Marr Team. Tina came prepared with a full comparative market analysis presentation. She was thorough, honest, professional and so easy to work with. We had a toddler at the time and she set us up with a showing beacon that allowed us to know when an agent finished showing our home so that we could spend the minimal time possible away. Our home sold very quickly thanks to the Marr Team and we were able to close on a new home making the move seamless. The Marr Team was always available to show us properties, to help us do the analysis on each home we were interested in, to handhold us through the negotiations, to be there when we couldn't be for inspections or minor repairs, to watch our young children as we toured homes or during the closing processes. Since we found them through a internet search for local agents 6-7 years ago, we have used them every time we needed to sell or buy a home. They are a very professional team who truly care about their clients. I would highly recommend the Marr Team!
