We recently had a terrific experience with Tammy on purchasing of our new home. She is such a top notch realtor. We found her not only knowledgeable, caring , but also very responsive, and professional, but above all, she is very trustworthy, which is rare nowadays. She went above and beyond with everything from start to finish. As a result we were able to close within less than a month. Tammy started out as our realtor but she ended as a friend. Thank you Tammy for all that you did for us. We could not have done this without you! We would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a reliable and trustworthy real estate agent!

We had the pleasure of working with Tammy who truly exceeded our expectations !! She is highly professional and knowledgeable and brought a sense of calm and confidence to every step of the process. She Posted misinformation on MLS. Couldnt answer buyer questions, many of which she could have answered if she would have just visited the home after getting my listing. She never printed flyers to be left at rental. Not all showings were scheduled by her. She did not give me advice that would benefit me.. such as selling aEURoeas isaEUR? versus agreeing to pay 1.5% of sale price for repairs. Selling as is doesnt preclude the buyer asking for whatever repairs they would like seller to do. Agreeing to a percent, which she did not advise against resulted in Tammy telling me the requested repairs fell within the contractaEUR|even replacing light bulbs. It seemed that the majority of my questions were answered with aEURoeit is standard.aEUR? Including my question about me paying the buyers Broker commission. A law was recently passed that made the buyer responsible for their buyers commission. It is not easy to get laws passed so there is a good reason for the law. Almost everything in an offer is negotiable, including who would pay Buyers broker but Tammy insisted that it was standard for me, the seller, to pay. I do not feel she had my best interests at heart. I did not agree to paying a broker agent in my listing agreement with Tammy and yet at closing she informed the closing company I would be paying her 5%, of which she would pay buyer broker 2.5%. In our listing agreement I had only agreed to pay her 2.5%aEUR|not the 5% they wanted to collect at closing.

Apologies for the lateness of this review. I have known Tammy for 10 years now. She helped me find my 1st house in the Villages. When it came time to sell my parents house, she was the 1st person I thought of. Tammy is not only professional but hands on, responsive and caring. She knew that this was going to be a very hard thing for us to do. She made things easier for us knowing the emotional impact. She was right there with suggestions, helpful hints and recommendations. The pictures done on the house were phenomenal. I couldnt ask for a more trusting, compassionate and kind person to assist us. She is a joy to work with and was very understanding of our situation. Thank you, Tammy for your efforts, advice and expertise in getting us through this difficult time.
