Sharon is an outstanding and vibrant professional! She sold my house in TWO DAYS!!! I never would have imagined that and it was over Labor Day weekend. We also used her for THREE HOUSE TRANSACTIONS (selling two and buying one). I was definitely a skeptic with the first sale of my house (was definitely more me and nothing to do with her just didnt think it could go that fast), but followed every word of her advice on house improvements, staging, etc. It worked !! Trust me... she knows her stuff! My partner and I met her at an open house and were impressed with her caring and personable personality. Several months later, when we were really serious about selling and buying houses, we reached out to her via her business card. Our first meeting was definitely impressive as shed done her research. We were also impressed that she really took the time to understand what we wanted to accomplish and who we were. Sharon is professional and composed in transactions and negotiations...but whether the seller or buyer, she understands her role and has your best interests at heart. Shes a super negotiator and communicator. If youre her client, she gives 150% and works late into the night or wee hours of the morning to accomplish what needs to be done. When things got a little crazy with negotiations (as they sometimes do )she was also a great calming presence. She has a strong work ethic and is not afraid to go the extra mile. Its clear she understands that each client has a different persona and different approach to the home buying/selling experience. Shes very attune to working with the person where they are. Her positivity and great sense of humor also made the experience pleasurable. We would work with her again in a heartbeat!

Sharon is beyond amazing. We first met her because we were interested in a house, and she took us to see it. From that first moment, she treated us like her very top priority. Our house wasnt even on the market yet, and we werent even sure if we wanted to try to sell it or try to move! She provided us with great data to help inform our decision, and didnt pressure us in the least. We did decide to put our house on the market, somewhat speculatively, just to see what would happen. It went up for sale a mere 5 days later and, thanks to Sharon, it SOLD IN 2 DAYS! Thats crazy!! Literally within 1 week from deciding to sell our house, she had sold it. Amazing. Sharon was detail oriented, attentive, and available. She immediately answered every phone call, text, and email we sent her. She threw an agent tour on the same day our house went on the market, and she hosted an open house the following day. What other agent would do that? She knew exactly what to do, and it worked, right away. We were astounded by her gusto and work ethic. During the sale, negotiations, and inspections, she was very patient, educational, and caring. She knows this business better than anyone. She was helpful and patient, but also an incredible advocate for us throughout the process. After selling our house in only 2 days, we had to scramble to find our aEURoedream houseaEUR?. Of course, Sharon found it! She took us to see homes for 2 straight days after our house sold, and would not stop until we found our perfect home. There is nothing Sharon cannot do. She helped us navigate the purchase process and make an offer that we were really happy with, and exceeded ALL of our expectations in terms of how she represented us throughout. Sharon is the hardest working person I've met and knows the business better than anyone. She is always available, day and night. If she doesnt have an answer, she contacted the right person to get an answer immediately. If we had a request, she instantaneously found a way to make it happen. I am certain that we would not have been nearly as happy with the sale of our house, or purchase of our new home, without Sharon. We are beyond happy.Selling and buying houses can be stressful and exhausting, but instead this has been an incredible, positive experience because of her. Plus, she is super nice and a lot of fun.

Sharon Aubuchon should be your first and last stop for a real estate agent in Kansas City. She has an encyclopedic knowledge of the market in KC and the surrounding area (PV, Mission Hills, Fairway, Overland Park, etc.) and is one of the most responsive professionals I have worked with in any line of business (and I work in law, so responsiveness is essential to my line of work). Sharon goes out of her way to ensure that your buying and selling processes are smooth. She helped me buy and sell my house, working with me and the other agents involved to ensure that the purchase and sale were on favorable terms and closed without a hitch. Sharon is especially valuable to buyers and sellers for her network of professionals -- talented and cost-effective contractors, repairpersons, stagers, cleaners, you name it. I personally recommend Sharon because she went above and beyond for me, even coming over during a couple hot afternoons to water flowers I had planted while I was out of town. Sharon is respectful and incredibly professional and can handle situations even when negotiations get tough -- I am certainly not an easy client, and there were times when my stress (which is part of any home purchase/sale) showed; and Sharon helped to keep me calm, comfortable, and assured, all with the sort of professionalism and poise one would expect out of KC's best agent. Again, I recommend Sharon without reservation -- when choosing an agent, she should be on the very top of your list.

My family and I were seperating from the Marine Corps while stationed in Okinawa, Japan and moving to the KC area. We began looking for houses a year before we were scheduled to leave. Many agents blew us off and wouldn't talk with us due to the length of time between contact and arrival in the KC area. Sharon didn't even hint at not being interested. She worked with us over the phone and for the few weeks we were back to the United States. She would spend hours with us and would even entertain our kids while my wife and I would wonder through the house. Even after moving back to the KC area, having already spent over a year with us working to find the best house, she was able to get us exactly where we wanted to be with a house that was well inside our top price point. She knows a great amount of people to get the right answers for the tough questions and was available to work around our crazy schedules. My family and I are grateful for all the hard work she put into finding us the right spot. We can't say enough great things about her as an agent.Would highly recommend.
