Incredible agent. I've worked with her multiple times in the last ten years. Each time she has been incredibly knowledgeable, a great negotiator and a fantastic communicator. This spring she helped me buy a house that, mid contract period, ended up needing a new roof. During that time she helped coordinate and communicate with the buyers agent and associated parties to help get the roof on in time for the closing. Didn't have to move the date. She also sold a house for a friend that had a similar issue, and she worked with the insurance agencies, roofers and the buyers agent to make sure everything got done in time before the house was to close. I have now used Suzanne to help me purchase 3 houses over the last 15 years including a house I closed on 2 days ago, and have been more then satisfied every time. She goes above and beyond to make the process as seamless and painless as it can possibly be. She never takes long to answer questions and is hawk-ish in staying on top of other real estate agents and outside parties. She is also very good about anticipating things that may come up in the buying process and preparing accordingly.
