She always gets rave reviews from buyers and sellers, as well as repeat clients. We decided to move to Florida from 700 miles away, but we have had so many other obligations that house hunting was hard to plan. On short notice (called her on a Thursday and was seeing houses on Sunday), Marie took us under her wing and helped us explore central Florida in both Marion and Lake counties. I estimate we explored 25 houses in 4 days including some very interesting options. We dabbled in an auctioned property, but Marie ultimately helped us put a winning bid on a beautiful lakefront home. After the contract to purchase, she arranged and supervised home inspection and repairs and followed up on title, insurance, and lender needs while doing the same for other clients. I am always awestruck at how she gets the work done. I felt like I was her only client because of how she was always calling, texting, and emailing to me and on my behalf. I know she has other clients because you can look up her listings and showings, but Marie made us feel special and well-taken care of. Marie is a consummate professional, but more importantly, she is a kind and thoughtful person. If you're stressed out about buying or selling or moving to the area from far away, having Marie as your agent will make it seem amazingly easy. From house hunt to closing, it took 33 days.
