RE/MAX Premier Realty

I have worked with many different realtors over the years, but Sharon surpasses all of them. She was just terrific to work with. Always kept me well informed what was going on and when a problem arose she immediately handled it in a professional manner. Cannot say enough good about this realtor. Would highly recommend her.

Any real estate agent can list your home. The best real estate agents are there for you when you live 600 miles away and a prospective buyer needs an inspection or wants something fixed. Sharon was not only quick to offer to let people into my townhouse when needed, she also helped with recommendations for companies to do the work I needed. I was on a very tight timeline to close before traveling out of the country, and Sharon helped fill the gaps when I needed her. Shes a joy to work with and I highly recommend her for her hard work and professionalism.

Professional, listens to needs, honest and responsive! We had a great experience with Sharon. Highly recommend her!!! She helped us find, negotiate, and close on our home in wildwood. She was with us each step of the way.

Hope is excellent! I've been thinking of selling our rental house in Florida for a while, so I've emailed her once a year to look at comps and each time she got back to me quickly and never pressured me to sell. We finally sold our house as an out-of-state closing during the pandemic, and she handled all of the challenges beautifully. It was very difficult to get people out to make small repairs before closing, but Hope coordinated everything beautifully. I am still in awe of her! I can't recommend her highly enough. She will be our go-to for any transactions in her area.

Hope is very knowledgeable in local market conditions. She stays in touch and answers questions quickly by phone or email. She worked hard in the process of determining our purchasing needs and fulfillment of dreams.
