Shes hands down the best agent I couldve asked for!

It was a blast to have Allison as my agent. Their deep knowledge of the OC market, combined with her professionalism and dedication, truly sets her team apart. They are warm-hearted and enthusiastic. Our house-hunting lasted for almost a year, and I cant remember how many houses we toured together. They were always patient, never rushed us into anything, and provided unbiased and insightful opinions on every house we toured. They were always available to answer questions, provided insightful guidance, and negotiated skillfully on our behalf. Their strong network ensured we are in good hands in all aspects during the house purchasing process. Our purchase was a bit complicated with short windows. After going into escrow, they paid close attention to every important dates, and followed up with all related parties on our behalf to make sure things go smoothly. If youre looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and hardworking agent, I highly recommend Eugenie Zheng Group. They are simply the best!

This year marks another collaboration between me and the teams of Eugenia and Allison. Their work efficiency, professional competence and dedication have once again deeply impressed me. Under their perfect schedules and work arrangements, they managed to help me purchase the ideal new house in Irvine in just 10 days. During this process, their meticulous and patient assistance and efforts were indispensable. Here, I sincerely thank them! And I also look forward to the next collaboration!

We have worked with Eugenie and her team several times now, and the service they provide is unmatched. Eugenie is a multimillion-dollar realtor, yet she still makes my family feel like we are part of her family. Eugenie, Allison, and Cao Qing truly care about their clients and always make sure our needs are taken care of, no matter what issue arises. Their professionalism, experience, and dedication make the entire process smooth and stress-free. There is never any wondering how to get something done or waiting for a reply. They are so on the ball that they often already have the answers before you even need to ask. We moved away from Southern California and have been working with other realtors, and Eugenie has set such a high standard that everyone else feels lackluster by comparison. We cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for us. There is a reason their team has only 5-star reviews. You will not find better.

Allison and Qing Cao are seriously amazing aEUR" so professional and efficient! They sold our Lake Forest home in less than a month and got us an offer we were really happy with. Everything was handled so carefully, and the whole process was super easy, saving us a lot of time and effort.
