When it came time to look for a home to buy, my wife and I feel like we won the Lottery the day we picked a home online and she was the Agent assigned from Boucher Realty! This was my second home purchase in my life, and the first time for my wife. Linda's Professionalism and the fact she actually seemed to care was a breathe of fresh air. She diligently showed us home after home we chose from off sites like Zillow. She was cheerful and always had a smile even when it was a downpour and raw outside. It's the small things that add up sometimes. Finally we found a house, pulled the trigger, made an offer, and with Linda's guidance, we went back and forth until both sides agreed. She carefully explained all the paperwork, which was pretty overwhelming. And soon, we had our house! We are forever grateful for the time, effort and patience she showed to us in the purchasing of our home.

Linda Detach was wonderful! I can't say enough about the support I got from her! This was a very stressful time for me with many roadblocks. She found a buyer then I had to back out due to liens that we were unaware of. Next was getting an attorney and Linda referred me to one which turned out to be just as wonderful. I was approved for a short sale for which we had a new cash buyer. You would think this would go smoothly but nope. No fault of Linda's, mine or my attorney. My mortgage company Chase was a nightmare to deal with. Trying to negotiate the short sale, get 2 liens paid and the HUD lien and a City offered improvement program lien worked into the short sale. This was anything but a short sale! The buyer ended up paying more then I owed on the house! We all just shock our heads at the process we had to go through! I had also moved to FL during this process so now I was trying to deal with an empty property and upkeep while hundreds of miles away! I had the hindsight to winterize the house thankfully and Linda took care of everything else from communicating with me every step of the way, smoke detectors needing replacement, checking on the property , letting me know when I needed to send someone to mow etc. to dealing with a rude new neighbor that believed the property was abandoned! I'm not sure anyone else would have stuck this one out! I looked through reviews and zillow sales (which her name kept coming up on) Thats how I choose Linda to be our Real Estate Professional! I am forever thankful for her knowledge, guidance, patience, communication, explaining and calming me at times through this totally unrealistic ,eye rolling, dragged out Sale. It was seriously almost comical. I appreciate her patience with all my questions, phone calls, emails, text messages and her calming me when I though it was a lost cause and just wasn't going to end. highly recommend Linda to help guide you through your buying or selling process!
