The real estate agent scheduled a showing but did not arrive at the agreed-upon time. After waiting approximately 30 minutes, I contacted the listing agent to determine the cause of the delay. I was eventually able to reach Hannah, who stated that she had attempted to contact me by phone but was unable to do so. All prior communicationaEUR"including scheduling and confirmationaEUR"was conducted via email, and no attempt was made to reach me through that same channel. While miscommunications can happen, using the established method of contact would have been more appropriate. Once communication was reestablished, I expected that the showing would proceed as originally agreed. Instead, I was informed that the showing would need to be rescheduled. Given the circumstances, this raised concerns about reliability and professionalism.
