Janet is amazing! She helped us with 2 homes! She helped us with our current home and was fantastic with selling our previous house. We definitely plan on working with her again! She is a woman with great integrity and she's super professional and sweet!

Selling our home was one of the most emotional experiences Ive ever gone through. It wasnt just a houseaEUR"it was a place filled with memories, and leaving it was far more difficult than I expected. Janet McQuagge understood that from the very beginning. She was incredibly responsive to my many questions and always made me feel that my concerns mattered. Whenever something required more information, she took the time to research it and came back with thoughtful, balanced advice. I never felt pressured or rushed into a decision. What stood out most was how personal her approach was. Throughout the entire process, I truly felt like John and I were her only clients. She helped us prepare our home so it would show at its very best, was present for showings when it made sense, and worked tirelessly on our behalf during negotiations. I always knew she had our best interests at heart. Janets expertise and dedication produced outstanding results. She helped us sell our home for above market value while negotiating a very favorable price on our new home. More importantly, she guided me through an emotional transition with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. I am so grateful for everything Janet did for us. She made a difficult life change much easier, and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a realtor who combines exceptional market knowledge with heartfelt care for her clients.

Janet was the best realtor we could have asked for. We called her based on a referral from a friend and couldn't have been more pleased. She handled every detail for us, and made our purchase literally hassle free!

I cannot praise Janet enough for her phenomenal service as my real estate agent. She was nothing less than amazing throughout the entire property buying process. I found her consistently and remarkably responsive, which was greatly appreciated. She always went above and beyond in her efforts to ensure that all our needs were met.
