RE/MAX PREMIER

Jen was an asset from the very beginning. She really expressed an interest in helping me either sell the property or rent the property. She took initiative from day one and helped market and show the property effectively. Jenn demonstrated real knowledge of the Chicago market and assisted in the closing process from the time we had assigned offer until closing day. I would highly recommend using Jen.

We had an excellent experience working with Jen Fay throughout the sale of our condo in Bucktown. From start to finish, Jen was incredibly responsive, organized, knowledgeable and proactive every step of the way. She had a great understanding of the Chicago market and helped us navigate multiple strong offers while always keeping our best interests in mind. Since our condo was tenant occupied during the sale, there were a lot of moving pieces involved, and Jen did an outstanding job coordinating everything aEUR" including cleaning, photography, communication with our tenants and working through HOA requirements and logistics. She also had fantastic recommendations for local vendors and services that helped get the unit ready for listing quickly and smoothly. Throughout the entire process, she kept us updated, answered questions promptly and made what could have been a stressful transaction feel manageable and organized. Most importantly, Jen was fully invested in helping us achieve the best possible outcome and was with us 100% of the way through the process. We truly appreciated her professionalism, communication, attention to detail and dedication. I would absolutely recommend Jen Fay to anyone looking to buy or sell in Chicago.

Jen was the best agent I have ever worked with. She made selling a rental property in Chicago painless. She dealt with the tenants so I didn't have to do anything. I would highly recommend her to anyone and when it comes to sell again I will definitely use her.

Jen was very professional and was very courteous and responsive/punctual to all of my questions/requests. She was never late to appointments. With her knowledge and experience, I was able to receive the highest and strongest offer for my property. With her advice, I was able to make the right decisions to move forward with this sale. I highly recommend her and plan on using her for my future real estate needs.
