RE/Max Premier

Elizabeth was a wise, no-nonsense friend to guide us through the entire selling process. From her tips on showing the house, to negotiations with buyers, she was savvy. Her insight on what buyers were looking for allowed us to make just the right updates. She was well connected with contractors when needed; and she showed that she is willing to literally go the extra mile to make sure transactions go smoothly.

Elizabeth was responsive, highly knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. She sold our home and also helped us with a purchase. She made sure we were informed throughout the process. I highly recommend Elizabeth Ritch. She is the best.

Elizabeth is an amazing realtor. She helped me buy my first home, patiently explaining all of the details throughout the entire process. She was so kind and kept my best interest in mind. We searched until we found the perfect home for me. She has incredible knowledge of the area. When it came time for me to move out of state, Elizabeth listed my house and it sold almost immediately. I highly recommend Elizabeth!
