Thomas and Kristina Fentress make a great team! I sold my house in May 0f 2013. When I selected Thomas to sell my house I knew he was a local expert and had great connections through out the community. I felt my house was in great shape but asked Thomas if there was anything else I needed to do to make the sell easier. Thomas provided suggestions which I fixed before my house went on the market.
