Debra was recommended to my wife Annette and I through an Agent that my sister had worked with, and we're so glad we chose her. Once we told her we were ready, she immediately set up a few homes to view matching our initial needs, wants and locations. Being extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly made our experience very pleasant. Since we currently live in NY, Debra had to fit our showings into her schedule when we were in Florida, and did so very effectively. As is sometimes expected, our wants and needs shifted as we saw some homes and neighborhoods. Debra used her years of experience to sense what we were looking for and helped guide us towards homes that really fit what we were looking for. We had some bumps in the road with some unreasonable sellers but Debra again used her experience to help navigate around those issues to ensure a positive outcome for us. We ultimately closed on a beautiful house in a wonderful neighborhood that we will soon make our home. I remember telling Debra she was the hardest working person in Florida Real Estate and I stand by that statement. She was amazing in her super fast response to every inquiry, interactions with other brokers and attorneys, preparing documents sometimes within an hour, and having a list of trusted vendors like contractors and designers. Thank You so much Debra for helping us with this next adventure in our life!

From the first meeting with Debra, I knew she was the perfect agent to sell my house. She was knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process. She was always there for me. From the inspection to the closing. Her kindness, honesty and integrity made all the difference in the sale. I would highly recommend her to be your first choice as your agent. I could not have done it without her. Thank you Debra for all your hard work and dedication. Christine

Debra was fantastic from start to finish. She guided us through both buying and selling, stayed on top of every detail, and communicated clearly at every step. Shes professional, responsive, and genuinely had our best interests in mind. Wed absolutely work with her again and recommend her without hesitation.

Debra was very professional and friendly and very helpful in the whole process. We could not imagine working with anyone else. She was always willing to help us with anything we reached out to her for. Always with a smile on her face. She went above and beyond assisting us, especially when we were not in the USA at all times. She's the BEST!

Weve trusted Debra with every house purchase and sale in our lives, because she understands whats important. Her recommendations are backed by experience and nothing will fall through the cracks.
