Juliia Oellerich is highly recommended, she is absolutely wonderful to work with. Its like having a friend on the aEURoeinsideaEUR? that is working for you. She listed my place and within few days it was sold and I got the best price for my condo. I thought it would be a stressful experience but she walked me through everything and was very reachable when needed to answer any questions. She did great job negotiating, thank you Julia!

When we decided to retire from dairy farming my husband and I knew we would be leaving our farmhouse and moving. We knew we would need someone to help us with the process. After researching the realtors in the area, we were fortunate to find Julia Oellerich. Julias positive attitude, knowledge of the housing market, reassurance and encouragement in the buying process sold us on her. My husband and I were shown several different properties; each house checking something off of our aEURoemust haveaEUR? list. When we found our dream house, Julia was right there for us. She walked the house with us and helped us picture our future decorating options. When we had the home inspection, Julia was quick to calm my fears as the inspector named all the flaws in the new house. When difficult questions or issues arose, Julia was quick to address the issue or answer the questions for us. We certainly appreciated her inputs At the closing, Julia was the ultimate professional dealing with the attorney and finance associates. She kept the meeting moving to make it a smooth transition. Thank you Julia for your support for our transition from farm to city!

Julia is great at getting answers and helping with property reviews. She moves quickly in getting a showing and working with listing agents. Personable and understanding of your needs. Never do you get an off-putting sales vibe.

Day or night, weekend or weekday, this realtor has met and exceeded our expectations. She gets inside knowledge and distributes immediately. She has followed through with every task. I am truly surprised that I am the first to recognize this on Zillow! She is licensed in IL and WI. I am so thankful to have found her, as she is my THIRD realtor that I have contacted! The others just did not follow through. Edit- as we used Ms Weitzel as our agent to buy our forever home! The steps of buying a home are incredibly gruesome. Christina made it easy by doing a lot of the steps for us. She contacted utility companies, well water verifications, and county offices. She was available by text, email and phone at all times. She knew intricacies of buying a rural home and helped us get the best deal. She maneuvered through the hoops without even being asked. At closing she came in person, although it wasn't necessary! She had thank you cards for everyone in the room along with a beautiful personalized gift for us. I mean, this woman is beyond incredible at her job. The final amazing part was when she offered her closed utility trailer for FREE to use to move our items 40 miles away! I mean, that is service that you will not get anywhere else. This is my 3rd home and I would use Christina again and again and would refer her to anyone. I could not have been more happy with the process and her knowledge.
