Kristin was both our seller agent in the sale of our home and buyer agent of our new home in late 2020/early 2021 - she is phenomenal! She walked us through the process, answered all of our questions & followed up to make sure all of as well. In the almost 2 years since we moved, she still answers questions that we have (we received an easement notice last year & had questions on mudjacking & gas fireplace recommendations in just the past month). I HIGHLY recommend!!
