RE/MAX POWER Associates

I wholeheartedly recommend Shannan to anyone in need of a real estate agent. Her passion for her work, coupled with her exceptional skills, sets her apart in the industry. Thank you once again for your outstanding service. It was an absolute pleasure working with you, and I wish you continued success in your career. Shannan was extremely patience with my 80+ year old parents.

Shannon was outstanding. Her communication with us, along with her experience enabled us to sell quickly and with a great offer. We were out of town at the time of closing and she walked us through each step seamlessly. We would definitely have Shannon again.

Shannan was extremely professional and was really great about going the extra mile when needed, having to deal with us as out of town sellers. Very highly recommended. Mark

We have used Tim to help us with a property purchase and Shannon helped us sell a property. 4 years ago, we purchased from Tim and this past month we called Shannon to list the home for us. We told Shannon we would love it if she could sell our property in 1 day and have multiple offers. She was able to bring us 4 offers and our home sold in 1 day! If you are listing or selling, we highly recommend this team.

We cannot give Shannan enough stars! She is a wonderful realtor and a lovely person. All through the selling process she showed us kindness, patience, and professionalism. This is the second home we have sold through Shannan. Just like the first time, she walked us through the selling of our home and made it less stressful. We really appreciated how timely she was in responding to our calls, texts, and emails. We don?t think there is a better realtor in the Johnstown area.
