Laura was an outstanding agent. She is very personable and knowledgeable. When we had a question she was very responsive with her reply. We feel we are very lucky she was our agent. The team she is a large part of was extremely helpful in our selling process. If we could, we would give her a 6+ star rating.

Laura was fantastic! I would highly recommend her. She responds quickly to any type of communication. We are an out of town buyer and she rearranged her schedule so she could show us houses on our schedule. My wife and I have bought several houses in the past and have never had this good, an experience.

Laura is an absolute Angel, we randomly bumped into her while looking at homes just for fun. We didnt actually think we could afford one. She set us up with resources to get our credit and finances where they needed to be in order to buy. Then she found us a home that absolutely exceeded our expectations, and was with us every step of the way. I am currently sitting in my big ,brand new beautiful home, writing this review, and I can honestly say none of this would have been possible with out this amazing woman. She fights for you, won't take no for an answer, and will absolutely get you in the home you're looking for. Can not recommend her enough, was a tremendous help especially as a first time buyer.

5/5 Stars aEUR" Exceptional Agent aEUR" Dual Transaction Master Laura Moreno was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process of selling our 2016 Richmond American home in Sahuarita and purchasing our new Meritage Palo Verde model in Madera Highlands. She skillfully negotiated a sale contingency on our new build contract while still allowing us to lock in the builders current incentivesaEUR"something we werent sure was even possible. That one move removed an enormous amount of stress from what could have been a very risky and uncertain double transaction. On the sales side, Lauras deep knowledge of the Sahuarita/Green Valley market was a game-changer. Our home was priced perfectly right from day oneaEUR"we received multiple offers and went under contract in just 4 days. The entire listing-to-close experience felt smooth and well-coordinated. Laura was incredibly responsiveaEUR"literally available anytime we had questions, needed clarification, or just wanted reassurance (which was often during this big life change). Her communication was clear, proactive, and calming. She truly went above and beyond to make both sides of our move a success. If youre buying, selling, or doing both in the Sahuarita, Green Valley, or southern Tucson area, I cannot recommend Laura Moreno highly enough. She is knowledgeable, strategic, caring, and gets results. Were so grateful we chose her. Thank you, Laura! Aaron and Crystal Morehead
