RE/MAX Platinum

Tim was great to work with. We had been in this house for nearly 30 years and selling has changed in that time. Tim assisted and guided us every step of the way. His photos were impressive. We sold in less than a week with multiple offers over our asking price. We had a great experience. Mary Kay Ikens was very helpful in our condo search. Condo availability in Brighton was and remains very limited. She was always there for making arrangements to view new listings. She helped us prepare a very competitive offer on a the condo we purchased. We saw the property the first day of listing and made an offer that was accepted. We couldnt be happier with the Tim Sova Team.

Tim Sova was an absolute wealth of knowledge and is truly a master of his profession. With over two decades of experience, his suggestions, advice, and knowledge of the buying process proved invaluable for us as first-time buyers. Tim was easy to get ahold of, very professional and made the buying process stress free. Tim blew away our expectations I would recommend him above all others.

Relocating from out of state, I contacted remax of brighton, told them I needed an agent who could work without us being there. Rebecca spoke to us and together devised a plan to search for the property. Her expertise in the field helped us tremendously. It was a challenge that she was up for.

Rebecca is great!!! Very responsive, knowledgeable, and Id recommend her to anyone! This market was crazy and she helped us through the whole process which I'm ever grateful for

Rebecca worked diligently to sell our house in Michigan. She had many tricks up her sleeve to promote the house and get us a great buyer! She was always there when we had questions and coached us through the process. Her knowledge of the area and the price market was on spot, will definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their house!
