In a word - Valerie is absolutely the VERY BEST REALTOR OR BROKER I have ever worked with. She is extremally professional, personable, thorough and dedicate to her client. In the past I have bought and sold some twenty homes, several times buying AND selling with the same realtor. Based on my prior experience I am very comfortable stating that Val is the very best. In fact, I have directed that, upon our deaths, our son (administrator) WILL contact Val to handle the sale of our home. Respectfully, Bob

I met Valerie through our local newsletter, the Patch. Of course, there are hundreds of local agents, but something about her advertising stood out. Valerie met with me, immediately. My first impression of her was her absolute confidence that she could sell my property quickly and for the price she suggested. She professionally staged my home with an expert photographer that made my listing " pop ". My home sold within a week. She walked me through the entire sale, handling all of the inspections, walk throughs, appraisal, and closing. She made it such an easy process. She is also working with me to find my next home. I have no doubt that she will negotiate the best deal possible. If you are looking for a hard working, honest, professional to help you get the best price for your home, Valerie is the agent for you!

Val was our realtor for two very recent sales as we cashed out of Myrtle Beach She is always available for questions and is very professional She got us top dollar for both properties We are now happily living in Florida Choose Val for all your real estate needs

Val assisted us with selling our home after we fired our first realtor. It was a very stressful experience but she guided us through the process with ease and knowledge. We received a full price cash offer allowing us to complete our dream of moving from Myrtle Beach to Florida. Currently, she has our investment property ready to close as well.

Jennifer outdid her self for the selling of out home. We were able to get offers within a week of being on the market! We got well over asking price! She is Mrs. Execution!!! Thank you for all that you did!!
