Curtis was great to work with through the process of looking for "what's next". While we ended up staying put, he is very knowledgeable about the local market, and genuinely cares about making the home work for you in every way. He is very transparent about the home, the process, and the ins and outs of the criteria you go over with him. Highly recommend Curtis!

Chris dida fantastic job showing us houses throughout the Metro Detroit area. He was flexible in his timing and ability to show us multiple houses in the same day and throughout the week. He had great knowledge of the home buying process and was helpful in pointing out potential issues with houses that we could discuss with the inspector. He helped us formulate competitive offers and ultimately we were successful and purchasing a home that we are extremely happy with! I would highly recommend him to family and friends and will use him again in the future for our next home purchase.

Chris did a fantastic job, his knowledge and experience on the VA home loan helped us through the entire homebuying process. As a 27 year-old and a first time buyer, my knowledge is minimum. He had the patience and commitment to guide me through the entire process and answer whatever questions I had! I would recommend him every time!

Curtis always communicated well and was available nights/weekends; essentially 24/7. He put in the work and earned our trust. If you are looking for someone who will take time to really understand your needs reach out to him. Looking forward to a long term relationship with him.

Walker helped us find our Ann Arbor home in 2019 and then helped us sell it in 2026. Walker has a wealth of information on the Ann Arbor housing market, buy and sell strategies, pricing strategies, inspection details, home touch-ups to increase curb appeal as well as what not to spend time and money on. We also liked that he will bring in his office associates on important decisions such as mapping out the asking price. He has a network of people for yardwork, painting, inspections, etc.. And before we forget - he is a very personable guy!
