He did a great job at showing and was there everything we needed him as well as described everything we needed info on . We worked with him for a couple weeks and I definitely was very lucky to get him he worked for us and gave us confidence while inspecting and looking at multiple houses until we found the correct one.

We worked with Miguel for a full year. We looked at many homes. Bid on quite a few lakehouses and finally found what we were looking for. Miguel was always quick to respond and was available for showings everyone we asked. I highly recommend him and will use him again if the need arises.

Miguel is supportive, insightful, and communicative. Working with someone who understands investment strategy, timelines, and creative deal structures makes all the difference.

I honestly wish I could give Miguel more than 5 stars on everything. I was responsible for selling my dads house in the Hartland area, while living in Novi. Miguel went above and beyond to help me understand the process and coordinate repairs and upgrades. He was responsive, proactive, friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me up to date on everything that was occurring surrounding the sale of the house. Once the house was placed on the market, it sold in 3 days for over asking price. As long as he can take us, we have an agent for life.

Miguel is a great agent! He is extremely patient and very professional. We are fully satisfied with Miguels service. Now we are enjoying moving into our new home. Thank you Miguel!
