My husband and I have worked with Brian and his team for both the buying and selling process, more than once. We are always pleased with the responsiveness, professionalism, and kindness from the entire team. Brian always has our best interest in mind and made the process as smooth as possible. We would also like to say thank you to Erin, as she always showed up with a smile and always made us feel comfortable when showing us homes. Needless to say we highly recommend Brian and his team. You will be in good hands!

Brian Weiland and The Weiland Team are absolutely amazing!! They are very kind, courteous, laid back, understanding, and patient. We meet them back in 2012 when we were looking for our first home to buy. They were so amazing the first time that we didnt want to go with anyone else 8years later when we were ready to sell our home and try to find our forever home!! My husband and I were super picky as to what we wanted and that didnt phase him or his team in the least! They were beyond patient with us and also so down to earth that they actually made us feelLike family. If for any reason something happens and we need to sell or buy again down the line... it will be the Brian and The Weiland Team for a third time!!! You are in the right hands when working with him!!! No hesitation at all!!!!! If I could give them ten stars I most definitely would!!!

Brian will always be our go to realtor and has been for many years now. We can always trust he will lead us in the right direction and make sure our wants/needs are taken care of. He is very thorough and always explains anything we don't understand. He is quick with his responses and dealt swiftly with any issues we ran into. We trust him and his team 100% to do what is best for us. You won't find a better realtor anywhere!

Brian is an awesome realtor! We have used him to help us buy our last 2 houses and their was never a problem with anything. We never had a doubt he was doing everything possible to help make our dream come true! Highly recommended Brian and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Brian was incredibly helpful finding a home for me, my wife, and our new son. It was our first home and he made the process from showing to closing very easy. He was patient as we sorted through a crazy market to find the perfect home for our family.
