REMAX performance

She shared our vision and our goal so perfectly, it was like a magical dance between perfect partners. We couldnt have done it without her.

I honestly could not have done this without Sarai. As a first-time homebuyer, there was so much I didnt know, and to make things even more complicated, I was traveling constantly throughout the process. Sarai was incredible - she organized all of the inspections, kept everything moving, made sure I knew what was happening and was always there when I had questions. She is knowledgeable, honest, incredibly lovely to work with and, being local, really knows Nevada City and the surrounding area. I always felt that she had my best interests at heart and never felt pressured into making a decision. What I particularly love is that her support didnt just stop when I got the keys. She continues to keep in touch and even sends a monthly newsletter with local events and things happening around town, which is such a lovely touch now that I actually live here! I'm so grateful I had Sarai helping me through my first home purchase and genuinely couldnt recommend her highly enough.

Betsy was great. She priced our property perfectly for a quick sale. She staged it beautifully and was always available for any question or concerns we had. We listened to her advice and the sale went through smoothly. And in the end when we were so grateful to her she went out of her way to show us her gratitude for out business. I have never experienced the kind of customer service Betsy provided us in any of our previous retail dealings. She's great and so is her team.

Betsy and her team are fantastic professionals who made purchasing a home easy, streamlined, and clear. As a first-time homebuyer, I had many questions about the home buying process and what to both look for and avoid in my first home. Betsy consistently and thoroughly answered all of my questions and guided me through the process until we finally found the dream home. I highly recommend anyone buying or selling to work with Betsy - in my opinion, she is the best agent around!

Omgosh! We were so lucky to have come across Sarai Simning/RE Max for our first home purchase in Grass Valley. She was incredibly thorough & detailed, making sure every step of the process was covered. As older, first- time buyers we really appreciated her patience and guidance. What we really loved was her warm & laidback approach, she made us feel comfortable and at ease, even when things got stressful. And now, when the sale has closed, she is still checking in with us to make sure we are okay and if we have any concerns or questions. We highly recommend Sarai for her expertise, care, knowledge of the area and her wonderful sense of humor!
