We were first-time home buyers, and we were contacted by several agents that were pushy and honestly a little rude. We are incredibly thankful that Renee stepped in and made the experience absolutely perfect. She didnt tell us what we wanted, or push us to something we didnt need; she heard our concerns, got us all the information on any property we asked about (and this was probably too many, we were very indecisive), and answered our questions right away every time. It was also really helpful that she has a close contact with a lender who gave us quotes on the properties we were interested in, so we could pin down exactly what house price would result in a mortgage we could comfortably afford. She knew our income, but never suggested we buy the most expensive option; she informed us about tax differences, neighborhood changes, and so many other things I wouldnt have come up with, and let us make our own decision from there. I would highly recommend Renee, and I will certainly be contacting her when buying our next home.
