Dave did an outstanding job selling our house. I have not worked with a realtor like him and I had a few. He took this sale seriously and figured different ways to how we could sell the parcels of land and the house. I have to tell you that I tried a few realtors and there is no one like Dave. He worked the hardest of anyone I know to get my house sold and really helped us through the process and took care of all details so that the house would be sold and took some of the burden off of us. I hate moving, but this process was so much easier with him advising us. He was very constructive in his thoughts to sell the house. I highly recommend him. Truly I will use him for everything to do with housing. Exceptional human being.

Dave Stead is a godsend when it comes time to both purchasing or selling a home. We have been working together since 2006, two houses purchased, and two houses sold. He also helped with the purchase of my mothers home, and directed me to a great realtor in Vermont where we currently reside. We also remained in contact in-between sales and purchases where he acted more as a consultant who helped guide me when it came to the everchanging market and timing! He is not just a realtor but is a friend who genuinely wants to do right by his clients, and does everything in his power to eliminate the stressors and the day-to-day oversight that occurs during the transaction. He is a one stop shop, coordinating everything from the selling/buying to cleaning, and even replacing light bulbs! This past week I closed on the sale of my first home purchased in 2006.
