He communicated clearly, responded quickly, and I never felt pressured or rushed to accept an offer. I worked with a few other realtors before him, and he is the only one I'd use again or recommend.

1 review a year ago Al's biggest strengths are his composure, knowledge of the area, and professionalism. He was always available to answer questions and offer solutions. One always walks away from a real estate transaction wondering: could I have done better? While that question is almost always unanswerable, I feel confident that Al gave us the best representation that we could have gotten that led us to a favorable outcome.

He made the selling process as easy as possible and was just who we needed to help us sell our home at the price we were hoping for. Al was as committed, if not more committed, to sticking to the plan! He was great to work with, always available, committed to process, very much an expert in all things real estate and marketing. Al specializes in historic and higher value homes and has extensive understanding about the Olde Towne East and eastern downtown neighborhoods. Thank you Al for helping us through this process!!

He is also very smart, flexible, and a good communicator. Take all of his advice, we did and got well over our asking price which enabled us to buy our next home outright. We love Al and would definitely do business with him again!
