RE/MAX Paramount Properties

We recently relocated from New York to Cumming, GA. We initially started looking in early 2020. That?s when we first met Vic Salerno of REMAX Paramount Properties. From our first meeting we had a good feeling about him. He was knowledgeable about the area, not pushy, always available for questions and just an all around nice person. With COVID hitting Long Island so badly out thoughts of moving were put on hold. Vic worked with us the entire time keeping us updated on the real estate market down here. When we were finally ready to move he found us the perfect house. We have been here for a month and couldn?t be happier thanks to Vic. We would highly recommend him if you are looking for a new home.

I would highly recommend Victor because of his professionalism and how patient he is with his clients. Victor helped me purchased this 2.5 acres of beautiful piece of land. He always give me his honest advice on each land that we toured. Never pressured me into buying anything that he thinks was bad. I?m now a client and also a friend with Victor. Trust me, you won?t regret having Victor as your realtor.

Victor is very knowledgeable, patient, and respectful. He has helped me purchase and sell my home and the experience was nothing but a joy. If you go with Victor, you will not regret it.

Being a long time customer (and should I say, a friend in real estate), this review is long due for Patty's awesomeness and her unsung work for the countless times she had helped us securing our beautiful homes! Her professionalism, expertise, prompt response, friendliness, due-diligence are some of the words to praise her work of wonders! We're fortunate to work with her throughout the years during the courses of our homes/lives. And would definitely, highly recommend Patty and her business to anyone who are in search for a new home either for the first time or for their next new home ahead! As working with her and her team, we're confident and worried-free knowing that we're in good hands from A to Z! Thanks again, Patty and your team, for all that you all do for us!

Moving back to the States after serving 6 years overseas with the US ARMY we were a little nervous and had been warned about scams and very bad experiences in the State of Georgia. Patty was a God send. She showed us homes in the area until we found the one that best fit our family. If you are like me and you were concerned about choosing the right agent, worry not. Patty is great. She is knowledgable, courteous, and truly works to get the best for you. All we had to do was sign. She is a woman of integrety and really has your best interest at heart. Thank you Patty.
