Remax Paradigm Realty Group

Paul was excellent throughout the process and helped us navigate and got us the home we wanted. He was responsive and ensured our concerns are passed on and addressed

We have known PJ for many years. PJ is extremely professional and patient in working with us to find a new home. He understands the local real estate market and providing guidance in locating the ultimate home we were looking to purchase.

A very good real estate agent.

PJ helped us in Oct to secure our new home! He was knowledgeable and helped us with all the contacts we needed during the process (inspectors, pool inspectors, architects, surveyors, ect.) he was always just a phone call away and never made us feel silly for the questions we asked. We are so thankful for his help during this life changing event!

After two other realtors were unable to sell our condo, PJ successfully completed the sale. His professionalism, honesty, effective communication, and expertise in property marketing were instrumental in achieving this outcome. The level of service he provided exceeded our expectations. Despite our previous attempts with two different agents, our condo remained on the market for an extended period without any significant progress. However, PJ provided a completely different experience from the outset. He offered us a realistic pricing strategy, provided professional photography and staging advice, marketed the condo extensively, and promptly attracted qualified buyers. If you are seeking a realtor who will actively sell your condo rather than merely list it, contact PJ. The third time was indeed the charm.
