I had previously listed with a different agency and had the worst experience of my life. I then listed with Barb and Tanya. They had an offer for the asking price within 4 days of listing. They are both competent, professional, hard workers who looked after me and my needs. They answered all my calls, all my questions and did all the work. They were so refreshing, especially after the first Agency I dealt with. The professional photographer took great photos and Barb and Tanya pushed my home like it was their own. They had a magnificent write-up on my home description, which definitely helped sell the house. They even went in and freshened it up since I am in another State. I had no worries and they made it completely stress-free for me. I only wish that I haden't wasted all my time before finding them. They know what they are doing and do it with the utmost professionalism.
