I had a very unpleasant experience. Desiree's customer service was horrible. She pressured me into to spending around $1000 to paint areas that didn't need it just because she personally didn't like the color. She tried to get me to change the color of my large living room, which would have cost probably another $1000.00 and I refused. When she came back to the house she rolled her eyes and said, "oh, you didn't paint the living room", like it was a huge mistake. My home was beautiful and all the the comments reflected that. When I received 2 offers on the same day, she actually apologized to me for criticizing my paint colors which, by the way, were neutral! Ultimately, my home was sold by another realtor, but she received a hefty commission for very little work.
