My wife and I can truly say that working with Shanti made our relocation to the Raleigh-Durham area an ease. From the start, Mrs Holloway has gone above and beyond her call of duty! Her knowledge is amazing! She was referred to us by a previous Seller who gave raving reviews about her. And she definitely exceeded them for our home. We did not know that our home of 15 years would be so sought after. She said from the initial meeting, aEURoeDont worry, I can get your home sold fast with a great offer!aEUR? Well, SHE DID! Thursday evening she posted the for sale sign outside of our home. The online listing went active at Midnight. Friday morning, she was already being contacted for scheduling appointments for that day! Saturday & Sunday open house. By Sunday evening at 7 pm we received a spreadsheet document with 16 offers! Monday morning, we were under contract! Mrs Holloway, held our hands throughout the entire process.
