Diana did a great job helping us buy our first home! Not only was she always available to answer any questions, she was also happy to let us spend as much time as we wanted in our potential house! We highly recommend her and feel lucky to have been able to find her after hearing horror stories from family about their experience with other realtors, she was made the process so easy and left us a lovely gift in our new home.

Ive never dealt with an agent more unprofessional. Wont get back to messages wont book a tour. Dont waste your time with this agent. We are now looking for a new agent in our home buying journey. Diana never replied back to us never booked a tour after multiple messages. I'm surprised to see so many good reviews because we gave her a week to reply. She never even replied I understand that its a busy time right now and the market is busy but to not contact a potential buyer is ridiculous. I would not waste your time dealing with this agent unless you watch a time wasted.

My experience with Diana was AMAZING. She was always willing to help. Very knowledgeable of the process, and would give me detailed explanation when necessary. She was very responsive, very kind, friendly and professional. It was always easy scheduling a showing with her, and she would do her best to fit our schedules. Very unprofessional! He was the seller's agent and represented a property as a stick-built, but during the inspection, we found out it was a modular house. We did ask about it before the inspection, and he told us that it's a stick-built. This misrepresentation cost us time, money, and a lower credit score. Would not recommend him at all!!

Jarrad was awesome to work with! He helped me buy a beautiful condo, and honestly, I dont think it wouldve happened without himaEUR"especially with how difficult the seller and listing agent were. When my plans changed shortly after, he also helped me find a great tenant so I didnt have to sell. Hes professional, reliable, and genuinely cares about his clients. I highly recommend him to anyone buying, selling, or investing in real estate.
