RE/MAX of Valencia

My husband and I recently bought our dream home with the help of Larry Fleischman. We are so pleased with our purchase and have truly enjoyed settling into our new home and neighborhood. Larry went out of his way to help us through every step of the process even during the busy holiday season. He is knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and personable. We are so thankful for all that he did and would highly recommend him to any prospective home-buyers.

I cant recommend Larry enough! For me and my fiance looking for our first home, we came into this not knowing a ton about the home buying process, and no one was as helpful to us as Larry was. He remained positive while our first couple offers were outbid, and helped us all the way up to finding our dream house! I found Larry from just clicking his name on zillow, and I wouldnt want to do real estate business with anyone else. Genuine, great guy. Helpful, and seemingly always available by phone, which is helpful for our busy schedules. Thank you Larry!!

Our decision to move from NY to LA was one of our BIGGEST decisions ever. Choosing Larry Fleishman to find our dream house was one of the our BEST decisions ever. Larry patiently listened to our needs, showed us to, and helped us focus in on, what we truly wanted. He was pleasant, reliable, responsive, always willing to answer any question, honest, hard working and kept us in the loop ? and calm ? during the entire process. The result? Our all-cash purchase, from first showing to closing, was completed in FIVE WEEKS!! We couldn?t have done this without a pro like Larry. Larry Fleishman is THE guy to represent your real estate needs.

Larry was professional and knowledgeable about the area. He really listened to what we were looking for. Even when we were tired and frustrated about the housing market and would have compromised with a less than perfect home, he always had our best interest and would motivate us to wait for our dream home. This really made us feel heard, understood and valued by our realtor. Were very grateful to Larry that when he saw our perfect home become available, he was quick to work for us. Weve now been in our dream home for about a year and this review is long overdue, but Larry still periodically checks in with us to make sure were happy and doing well during the pandemic. We definitely recommend him!

Larry has been great from start to finish. Very easy to get a hold of and stays on top of every step of the process. I recommend Larry to all my fiends and family.
